Run or Walk 8km per day for 30 days to raise awareness and funds for the 8 Australians we lose each day through suicide.

Start your 30-day challenge any time from 1st September through to 30 November 2023.

You can split up your 8km across each day with multiple walks and runs. All that matters is achieving the 8km daily target. If you can’t cover the full target distance of 8km on any particular day, then don’t stress you can make it up the next day or over the duration of that week.
