Run or Walk 9000 (9k) steps per day for 30 days to raise awareness and funds for the 9 Australians we lose each day through suicide.

Start your 30-day challenge any time from 1st September through to 30 November 2024.

You can split up your 9000 steps across each day with multiple walks and runs. All that matters is achieving the 9k daily target. If you can’t cover the full target distance of 9000 steps on any particular day, then don’t stress you can make it up the next day or over the duration of that week.

If you are looking for an extra stretch in your challenge then you can set your goal as 9km per Day for 30 days.
