On the Day

Runners who registered for race day BIB pick-up must collect their Race BIBs from the Admin / Registration Marquee between 7:30am – 8:30am , or at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled event start time from the Registrations marquee at the Pillars of Wisdom on the day of event.

For those runners who selected and paid to have their Race BIBs posted to them, you should expect to receive your Race BIB in the post by Thursday, 23rd April.  If you haven’t received your race BIB then just go to the Admin / Registration Marquee on event day and we will allocate a new BIB for you.

We will provide a dedicated bag drop off and pick up area located near the registration marquee. Please note participants are fully responsible for their own personal belongings.

We will have some funky tunes playing on course, with Red Bull DJ in the athletes’ village, and both Nova Supernovas and Zuum Energy Gum cheer zones to help motivate you.

Food and drink vendors will be available in the Athlete’s Village.

The event is free for spectators and we encourage everyone to come down to watch.

We request spectators to follow the guidance of the course marshals to ensure the safety of participants and the general public.

10:20am – Presentations – Battle of the Schools, Elites (Paras) and Celebrity Challenge
11:20am – Presentations Public and Elite (Women)
11:30am –Presentations Elite (Men), Emergency Services and King & Queen of the Hill

Medals for all participants will be available immediately after you cross the finish line. You will need to be wearing your Race BIB to collect your medal.

There will be no road closures required for the event. All particpants and spectators should take care whilst using any public roads during the event.
